Good Day....
Volume is the amount of space in which gases can occupy.
Volume of gas can be affected by temperature of gas, amount of gas and pressure of gas.
According to:
Boyles Law - states that volume is inversely proportional to pressure when temperature and amount of gas are constant.
Charles Law - states that volume is directly proportional to kelvin temperature when pressure and amount of gas are constant.
Avogadros Law - states that volume is directly proportional to the amount of gas when pressure and temperature are constant.
At STP (standard temperature and pressure), every 1 mole of a gas occupies a volume of 22.4 Liters.
Hope it helps....=)
