Troposphere - Temperature profile of troposphere is decreasing as altitude increases.

Stratosphere - temperature profile of stratosphere is increasing as altitude increases.

Mesosphere - temperature profile of mesosphere is decreasing as altitude increases.

Thermosphere - temperature profile of thermosphere is increasing as altitude increases.
